Is the Grand Wagoneer a good deal?

Can not , not have a automotive section where you can find out how to do things on your 1998 honda civic or 2022 tesla. Other vehicles are obviously welcome except for... just kidding they all suck just as much. prove me otherwise, have fun. DO NOT forget the vacuum.

A guy is selling a 1999 Grand Wagoneer with a great interior and great paint. It looks like it is in a pristine shape both inside and out. But, it doesn't work. That is, it has been in his garage for the past 5 years. I am willing to spend around 1000 on it. Is $1000 ok for a project like this?
